Job Description

To meet our expansion to Africa & the Middle East, we are opening several positions in our Technical Department.


As our Operations Engineer, the primary function of your role is to provide continuous feedback on bugs and issues, cooperating with all departments (Project Managers, Front-end and Back-end developers).

What you will need to do:
  • Identify operational problems by observing and studying system functioning and performance results
  • Investigating complaints and suggestions
  • Complete troubleshooting procedures
  • Analyze business requirements and program automated scripts to provide end-user support
  • Identify, record, document thoroughly and track bugs
  • Perform MongoDB queries for the project’s reporting & troubleshooting needs
  • Contribute towards the maintenance of active releases
  • Participate in brainstorming internal meetings

What you will need to have:
  • University degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
  • At least 1 year of work experience in similar position
  • Working knowledge on any SQL or NoSQL language. Experienced in MongoDB will be an asset
  • Linux CLI basic knowledge
  • Basic JavaScript knowledge
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Versatile and open-minded personality, able to communicate with all departments
